The first dataflow job fails in step ParMultiDo(OutputSingleSource). This has happened twice. I followed the steps closely.

An error occurred: Startup of the worker pool in us-east1 failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. This is likely a quota issue or a Compute Engine stockout. Not able to complete lab. After the restart of lab I was able to complete it. The aim of lab is not very clear.

This is likely a quota issue or a Compute Engine stockout. The service will retry. Try a different zone, or try again later."
