task 4 step 3 was now working properly. Dispite creating a service account earlier it didn't match the given commend leading to an error: "Service account service-1065290713609@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not exist" To get past that I created a service account myself with the pubsub.publisher right and gave it that.
