I'd like that the Labs also show how to create the services, Pub/Sub topics, etc in the Google Cloud Console and not only on the CLI

In chapter "Creating a Service Account" and point "2. Add the project number to an environment variable:" and "3. Enable the project service account to create Tokens:" is wrong. I have this error: student_00_cd253b9845e8@cloudshell:~ (qwiklabs-gcp-03-471665e4f620)$ gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding $GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECT \ --member=serviceAccount:service-$PROJECT_NUMBER@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com \ --role=roles/iam.serviceAccountTokenCreator ERROR: Policy modification failed. For a binding with condition, run "gcloud alpha iam policies lint-condition" to identify issues in condition. ERROR: (gcloud.projects.add-iam-policy-binding) INVALID_ARGUMENT: Service account service-933999271051@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not exist. It's OK becouse this permission need to be add to the created Service Account. Please change the lab. Thanks, Greg.
