There is no need to assign the service account token creator role on the default pubsub service account. It would be helpful to explain that this is an alternative to using the dedicated pubsub order initiator service account with the cloud run invoker role. When I tried to add the iam policy binding to the default pub sub service account, the service account did not exist and I could not find a way to create it.
