BigQuery table doesn't exit, only `full` table exists. As for SQL query, it fails with out of bound due thus additional where clause is necessary

There are many mistakes. The public database isn’t named like that anymore... its `bigquery-public-data.hacker_news.full`. Also offset(1) will not work unless you change it to safe_offset(1). Google has by FAR the worst learning experience for their cloud infrastructure, it is a shame because they do have the better data management proposal. I dont know if qwicklabs is part of google or if it is a third party providing its services, but in any case, it portrays an image of Google being a sloppy company, and they are probably right.
