very bad training. the topic is supper cool , but the guides are bad. hard to follow what needs to be done. the screen shoots are not helping to find where the configuration needs to be done.

Gen. Playbooks did not exist in my cloud console - I sort of did the tasks in Agent Builder - however a lot of features were missing..

A ferramenta está completamente diferente do que é passado nesse lab. Foi praticamente impossível realizar todos os passos proposto, visto que muitos delos já nem existem mais.

Needs to be updated. Playbook terminology seems to no longer be present in Agent Builder. Also, Task 6 and onward need to be more explicit in instruction.

I suggest to update the content from this lab, since it's using a outdated version of playbooks, and the interface I used currently is a bit different with different names too, e.g. Playbooks was replaced for Agent. Apart from that, the lab went well and has a lot of knowledge to get from :)

A bit outdated with the console, there is a spelling mistake on the word introudced -> introduced, for the Welcome Prompt 1 section.
