The lab does not work, you can compile the program on step 1 and 2 but step 3 does not work, and you cannot move forward from it, no way to fix it

Application does not deploy as configured within the lab. Error is: WARNING: Found incompatible dependencies: "googleapis-common-protos 1.56.2 has requirement protobuf<4.0.0dev,>=3.15.0, but you have protobuf 4.21.0.\ngoogle-api-core 2.8.1 has requirement protobuf<4.0.0dev,>=3.15.0, but you have protobuf 4.21.0." Quick fix is to add the following to requirements.txt: protobuf==3.15.0

Followed the instructions exactly it didn't work, tried using the final completed images of coding exactly it didn't work, was getting help from support in Qwiklabs still didn't work. The lab quality is low, it doesn't work for certain regions/ zones and software despite saying it does. Stop misleading people and stealing their money. Be honest it doesn't work due to certain restrictions and stop wasting people's time.
