in app engine yaml file using python 37 gives me dependence conflict in protobuf so i used python 38 instead and worked fine

As some previous comments state, you need to add either: - 3.8 in the 'app.yaml' file or - protobuf==3.20.1 in the 'requirements.txt' file to get all the points
