cant choose service account in cloud build trigger

Despite incognito mode - seems to have been some issue loading Service Accounts in build triggers. Also following new tab link from cloud-build history to registry - arrived with a different GCP account not the lab account . Slightly confusing

During creation of trigger, was unable to select the service account. Even copying from IAM it wouldn't find it

Service Account lacked neccessary permissions. Multiple refused connections and drops to console while still maintaining connectivity to all other local resources.
