How can you give wrong instruction of enabling only the Vertex AI API? Without enabling Notebook API how we will be able to create a Notebook? Update it.

The instructions to complete the lab do not match the options available on Vertex screen. And, I am not able to run the cells, since it gives me permission denied message.

For some reasons, the training was only running for 2 epochs for all models, where we set EPOCHS = 300.
