terraform plan hangs without any error messages. I had to setup most recent version of terraform and re-update project id with `gcloud config set project` command before terraform plan works ok (I ran gcloud config set project before in this session of course). After that apply failed due to timeout: Error: Error creating Network: Post https://www.googleapis.com/compute/v1/projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-cd82ae8b0662/global/networks?alt=json: Get http://169.254.169.2 54/computeMetadata/v1/instance/service-accounts/default/token?scopes=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fcompute%2Chttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2 Fcloud-platform%2Chttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fndev.clouddns.readwrite%2Chttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fdevstorage.full_control%2Chttps%3A %2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fuserinfo.email: dial tcp 169.254.169.254:80: i/o timeout (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers) I had to restart cloud shell VM before I managed to run it smoothly. Probably it happened due to creds expiration? Notes about such situations would be helpful. I've never worked with terraform before so I wasted time trying to figure out if such long waiting is ok or something is wrong .
