404 Error when i am trying to open AI Applications

It did not work, inconsistent / missing Google Cloud service names e.g. Vertex AI App Builder doesn't exist, impossible to Enable the API, doesn't exist. Looks like you're moving too fast in AI.

I faceed a technical issue. When I tried to enable Vertex Ai Agent Conversation API, the proposed page was in coinstant redirect loop. I tried to enebale api using chell, but it also didn't help. The instructions seem to be outdated, as interface and menu have been changed. I have l,ost 5 credits. No option to find a support chat.

The link to Ai Applications is broken. keeps switching urls between: https://console.cloud.google.com/gen-app-builder/start https://console.cloud.google.com/gen-app-builder/engine until there's a permission issue. unable to complete lab

Vertex ai api enabled, still shows conversation ai api not enabled. Not able to open the links given in this exercise. page keeps on loading in loop.

Could not start the exercise because the Vertex AI Conversational API does not exist, and the Agent Designer UI would not let me create an agent. This Lab already appears to be out of date.

There is no clear steps how to enable "Vertex AI Conversation API" or the module is outdated, I didn't manege to set it up and my lab time is wasted.
