I couldn't even get past task 1 because the lab uses all old APIs and names for things so when it checked for the Vertex Conversation AI API, it kept failing, even tho my vertex dashboard enabled all recommended APIs. I want a refund for the credits I had to burn to find out this lab was out of date

This part cannot be done, the link keeps redirecting itself without reaching an actual page: In the Google Cloud console, navigate to the Vertex AI Agent Builder. If asked, read and agree to the Terms of Service, then click Continue and activate the API.
