Nothing was explained in any detail. All of these different functions were never explained. I never got any practice how to apply the commands. There was no ramp up - A step-by-step application of each of the different commands would have provided a much better understanding of what the commands do and how to actually apply them. I just read code I barely understood for 1 hour and then you expected me to be able to write these full queries, which used commands that were never even covered in the hour of pre-reading examples.
