The backup appliance was "out of support" and I needed to apply a patch before it was able to do any backups or restores. This took ~30m during the lab time. Please update the lab images to include current patches.

It took over 25 minutes to provision the lab resources only to be unable to complete task 3 because not only the directions are awful, but also because it gives this error message "Failed to on board appliance because qwiklabs-appliance is out of support"
