The restoring a backup VM to other project failed due to error: 1258: Cloud VM creation failed. CloudVM Error CLOUDAPI failed with unknown error. CLOUDAPI: Failed to create VM Location ZONE:us-east4-b violates constraint constraints/gcp.resourceLocations on the resource projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-064051dac048/zones/us-east4-b/instances/lab-vm. I did not have knowledge to solve this issue and lab description did not say anything related to this.
