Відгуки: Recover VMs with Google Backup and DR Service

I am writing to express my frustration and seek immediate assistance regarding an ongoing issue with the Backup and DR lab on your platform. This is my final attempt at the lab, and I am unable to proceed due to problems within the lab environment itself. The "Appliances" section in the management console does not display the required information or connectivity status, as shown in the attached screenshots. Additionally, previous job runs have failed with error code 1258, citing constraints on VM creation in specific zones. These errors are clearly related to platform configurations and not due to any mistakes on my part. I have been diligently working on this course for over a month, and this is the only lab preventing me from earning my certificate. It is incredibly disheartening to encounter such technical issues in what should be a straightforward process. I kindly request that you investigate this issue urgently and either reset my attempt with a corrected environment or provide me with an alternative solution to complete the lab successfully. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter will be greatly appreciated. I have attached screenshots to help illustrate the problem. Thank you, and I look forward to your swift resolution.

this lab is broken, I succeeded in all the steps and it didn't give me the proper status on the last check, this is the last thing I need to do to complete the certification, which I need for my job. Can you PLEASE fix it?

Unable to complete this lab, This is my third time attempting this lab, but look at the error it displaying, the zone is provided as central, then why is it displaying this error? 1258: Cloud VM creation failed. No instance appeared in Task4 in Backup and DR console, not possible to proceed further with labs - the issue was solved after ending and starting the lab again. Task6. During restoring must be changed also zone according to allowed in IAM/"Policy for "Google Cloud Platform - Resource Location Restriction", the step isn't written in the lab instructions and without the step attempts to restore cause error.
