The python runtime version has to be updated in this lab from python38 to python39, otherwise it will be giving error while deploying

Update the lab instructions, please. Python 3.8 is no longer supported since 2024-10-14 and app is not deployed. It's working when you use at least 3.9 (https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/lifecycle/support-schedule)
