The ide still wasn't reachable in 15 minutes after starting the lab

1. Instructions are not informative, especially on the first part. 2. There is a mismatch in permissions. Instruction says to assign Editor while image shows Editor+Owner. 3. Web IDE is loaded with huge delay. And nothing is mentioned on this. 4. There is delay between job start and when it appears in the console. Again, nothing is mentioned in the instructions. 5. There are insufficient resources that prevents running the job: Startup of the worker pool in us-central1 failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. The rest of the lab is useless in such a case. P.S. 2 days after I was able to complete the lab successfully.
