Startup script is not working because Go modules were updated and now we need to use Go 1.17. So with additional modifies of script we can proceed.

Task 2 is broken: Google Cloud Logging and Monitoring agents are deprecated in favour of Ops Agent (https://cloud.google.com/stackdriver/docs/solutions/agents/ops-agent/installation) and no longer available for Debian Bullseye. That's why the startup script won't work and is tricky to fix.

please update the startup script go version needs to be updated, also the main.go file need more sleep than 1 second , modify it to 5 seconds
