Task 4. There is no indication that the user has to wait 10-15 minutes when the metric large_video_upload_rate appears

The worse challenge lab that I saw. Did someone check if it is up to date??!!! I cannot finish the task 3!!!!!!!!!!! I created metric but every time I check I get a message - A custom metric with the correct name does not exist.
