"Wait a minute or 2. You're waiting for the instance to be in violation of the uptime check. " ... but in "Edit Uptime Check Health Condition" there at least "IS DOWN FOR 5 MINUTES" so you have to wait more than 2 minutes, the problem is that you don't know if you didn't see the condition
