Add both projects to monitor in Stackdriver. Create a group to monitor, Create uptime check, alert policies, dashboard for monitoring, Monitor the metrics of the virtual machine *instance*s in both projects when the instance goes down and after coming back live. Thank You (StackDriver)

When we create the Stackdriver Group using GCP interface, the score is not counted

When creating the uptime check, clicking Test always failed. I tried this several times before giving up and moving on only to then realize that the uptime check WAS actually working. I was never able to get a green checkmark to confirm that I created a group in stackdriver. I ended up restarting the lab several times to try to get this to work, since I wanted to get credit for full completion of the lab. However, once again I had to just give up and complete the lab. The dashboard we created using the metric specified is hard to interpret. It is giving a ms measurement for the uptime check (???) or something. I don't understand what the chart is communicating. It is not useful like the prebuilt charts you can get from clicking on the uptime check link from the main monitoring page. Also, I think it would have been good to show how you can create a group that encompasses all of both projects, since this will be a useful scenario for a lot of enterprise customers.
