Monitoring Multiple Projects with Cloud Monitoring Reviews

there was an error in the matter of "Creating a Stackdriver Group". I did not pass the question after making the Stackdriver Group directly. I was only able to solve this problem after merging the two projects.

For the uptime configuration the options are different now. In the main page of the group there isn't the option "create" that is described here. It should be done in the Uptime main page.

Even stack driver account was created. The web page not response and didn't count activity for all related task on stackdriver such as group and upchecktime and policy

Totally disappoint with that lab as i tried multiple times and second project is not showing at all in GCP console however it does show in gcloud command line tool.
