Como monitorar vários projetos com o Cloud Monitoring avaliações

There is problem in completing task 1, first time when i started the lab, when creating vm instance i am only allowed to choose region us-west causing it failed. In my second time starting the lab, i have successfully created the vm instance with correct region, but then when i click check my progress, tried for several times with few minutes gap still show i am failed, causing i am unable to complete the lab. Please help to fix it asap, thank you. Same problem when i tried starting lab in my third time
