- I switched to the first project on my first account, then added StackDriver. Then, I couldn't add another project anymore when I switched it back. - After doing everything, it did not log an uptime or downtime incident report. I checked the instances, there is only one, but the health volumes have both instance1 and instance2. I'm still wondering why it did not create an incident report successfully.
