I am having difficulty understanding why this second attempt was not marked as completed. It appeared to me that I have reached the goal. Seems to occur from time to time, as it did in the Data Engineering Quest. However, Qwiklabs Team was quite responsive to these issues, and I appreciate their follow-ups. Futhermore, Qwiklabs Team pointed out a clear-cut solution to achieving a completion status. Please do note that this "Challenge Lab" does not really specify a path to reaching the goal; it basically sets a goal to be reached, not the steps to be followed. One would imagine that achieving the same goal with command lines would be more of a challenge than clicking through the console.
