last step does not get the point

There were problems : 1) I created with gcloud all the resource in a first attempt but the completion tracker was not recognizing it, I had to do it via Console to have it recognized...odd 2) The lab-monitor VM had to be RESTARTED manually by me to evaluate correctly the HTTP internet access of the apache instance, seems to me the script for checking is not running properly on the lab-monitor vm
