There was an issue with the instance template and the instructions to set a european region. By default the region is not set to global on the instance template options and there are no instructions to set it to Global so that it can be used by the European based services. I had to recreate the `mywebserver-template` with Global to continue the lab.

It didn't mention that the instance template needed to be global in order for it to be used in both regions and the UI for creating a load balancer has changed as well

Lab instructions need to be updated. Does not mention that instance templates default to regional and need to be global for the lab. The instructions for creating a load balancer no longer match the UI/UX
