If you create 2 instance groups in the same time, second instance group hangs and is not created at all

I find the HTTP(S) Load balancer GUI complicated coming from AWS. It's good you don't have to leave the section, but would almost prefer a large single-page vs. the popouts/sidebar/expanding stuff
