Would have liked to see an example of reencrypting the bucket files with the new version of the key.

Pretty fun. Could use some use cases for the encryption key rotation or why not actually deleting the v1 of the key to see that we actually lose the access to the file?

The account is not setup to enable the KMS api if it wasn't. This appears to be no issue as it is already enabled.
