keys in global region resulting in error. Lab doesn't acknowledge steps when completed in US region.

I was unable to complete the lab since I couldn't copy file2.txt to my bucket. I got the same exception when trying to use a EU-bucket I got this exception: BadRequestException: 400 Cloud KMS region 'global' not available for use with GCS region 'US'.

Keyring was created global, while bucket was in US. the CMEK files could not be uploaded to the bucket with the following error: "BadRequestException: 400 Cloud KMS region 'global' not available for use with GCS region 'US'." The keyring should also be in US or similar. Please fix.

Lab doesn't work according to the instructions. Set default encryption and attempting to upload file2 via gcloud provides: BadRequestException: 400 Cloud KMS region 'global' not available for use with GCS region 'US'. Unable to progress. Attempted this lab multiple times, same result. Even if attempting to upload file1.txt or file3.txt, same error due to location mismatch between global and us. Changing the cryptographic keys to US location resolves the issues, although Parts 3 onwards then do not validate.

BadRequestException: 400 Cloud KMS region 'global' not available for use with GCS region 'US'. This lab was very janky. I could not copy files to the bucket using the globally scoped keys. I restarted and created us scoped keys that worked for those steps but then the rotation/deletion failed. I ended up creating two key rings (us & global) with the same name and passed the creation/rotation steps with the global keys and the file encryption steps with the us keys.

BadRequestException: 400 Cloud KMS region 'global' not available for use with GCS region 'US'. a lot of issues .. after many retrials, i am no more able to create the bucket (the first command of the lab !!!) message sent to Support !!
