Title: IAP Console UI Bug - "Failed to load IAP resources". Comment: During Task 1, the Cloud Console UI (Security > Identity-Aware Proxy) consistently failed to load resources, showing the error message "Failed to load IAP resources". This happened even after correctly disabling the App Engine Flex API and configuring the OAuth consent screen. The resources table remained empty, making it impossible to enable IAP or add IAM roles via the graphical interface. I was only able to complete the lab by using the Cloud Shell (CLI) with gcloud iap web enable and gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding. Also, the app.yaml required a manual update from python37 to python313 to successfully deploy. Please investigate the synchronization delay between the backend APIs and the frontend console in this lab environment.
