It would be nice with a few real world examples, like "Imagine you are running a super popular restaurant. If you only have one chef, they will get overwhelmed by orders and the service will crash. To solve this, you hire three chefs, but you need a host at the front door to distribute incoming customers evenly among them. That host is a Network Load Balancer."
