Third attempt. Unsuccessful again. This time it was not even possible to set region and zone :-((, Lost yet another credit in this exercise. IMHO there should be a reimbursement for credits lost due to issues that belong to Google and are out of control of the user.

The lab only be done by gcloud commands and not on google console. Need lab which support creation of resources via both gcloud and google console.
