The VM creation step consistently fails with an "Unknown error" due to improper automatic snapshot policies, forcing the user to troubleshoot via CLI instead of using the Console as instructed. The instructions are also confusing regarding the execution context—often failing to specify whether to run commands in Cloud Shell or via SSH. Additionally, the deployment step presents a permission prompt (serviceAccountTokenCreator) that leads to an error if the user acts logically (choosing 'Y'). Finally, the lab suggests installing deprecated packages (php7.0), which is outdated and misleading.
