If you don't know the material you would have zero chance of doing the "TODO" parts. If you know the material, you don't need to learn it. If you just copy the answer, you're not really learning anything. It would MUCH better to give some solution, then have an incremental problem (TODO) to solve - that would be much better to achieve learnings!
