Nowhere in this lab or previous videos of this course says pandas knowledge is required. 45 minutes is insufficient to do this lab and carefully try to understand what I'm actually doing

While a great lab topic, it assumed a level of familiarity with Python, Pandas and so on, with the #TODO sections, that if I knew how to do those within 45 minutes by myself, I probably wouldn't be taking this course.
