When creating VM instances, the commands should run with `sudo` #!/bin/bash sudo apt-get install apache2 php php-mysql -y sudo service apache2 restart

o comando para instalar os aplicativos no servidor na parte de automacao nao funcionou. tive que instalar depois. acho que faltou o sudo na linha de instalacao dos aplicativos e claro na linha que faz o restart do apache2
