i messed up and reserved an internal ip with the MC-IP name, this did not allow me to create an external IP with the same name. I deleted the internal IP created, and the disk, recreated the VM, however the checks did not pass even if the VM was set correctly. I am going to try to re-do the lab correctly. After restarting the lab i was able to complete it successfully.

"Need resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy, so that I can enable IAP-secured Tunnel User IAM role for my user. Without having this role, I am not able to ssh into the VM.
