For some reason after I created the network for the first time, I wasn't able to create a VM. Only managed to do that after deleting and re-creating the network again

Now able to complete in the second attempt. There is an issue if you delete the default network.

I could not create VM instance due "No more networks available in this project" error. Also it was not immediately obvious that error has occurred. I had to go to Networking page and scroll down to notice discrete message. Yes, I waited until VPC was created before attempt to create VM. The 2nd attempt was successful, so maybe there was some kind of glitch.

I had an error that i could not create a vm machine, even after i had created the vpn network. i have a video if you need proof.
