There is a bug. I created a VPC but during VM creation it was not visible even when i had all proper subnets created and region set

When the network is recreated, then it doesn't show up when I try to create an instance. Please look into this issue.

Several hours with de lab disabled by google and when it was abled, there is a big error with the networks, the vm instances can't detect the networks, so i can't finish the lab. i'm in a google program so this problem can avoid me to obtain a seat in it. so bad.

There is a misleading action on this step: Delete the default network In the Cloud console, in the Navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), click VPC network > VPC networks. Select the default network. Instead of select, you have to click on the default network and delete it.
