Create a role in Google Cloud IAM Reviews

Great lab. I had an issue with the second stage: after checking the completion, a text appeared that the task is not completed, while I was certain that I've done everything right. It took three checks and a page restart (of the test enviromnent) for the check to pass. It just took some time, but really scared me.
