The lab content is great, but the environment is unstable. The gcloud CLI repeatedly suffered a TypeError: string indices must be integers, not 'str' crash, requiring manual deletion of ~/.config/gcloud to proceed. This appears to be a bug in the pre-configured Cloud Shell environment that significantly hinders the user experience.

While configuring the HTTP Load Balancer, the gcloud CLI encountered a fatal TypeError: string indices must be integers, not 'str' crash.
