The lab environment seems to have permission issues. Even though my SQL queries were correct and produced the expected results, the system failed to validate the task. Please check the IAM settings for the student account. Encountered a 'Billing Project Permission' error during Task 2. This appears to be a backend bug in the Qwiklabs environment. The SQL logic was sound, but the automated grader could not verify the progress due to access restrictions.
