the reference links in the python code were outdated and were giving 404 errors the links for ref. in the code were like this https://googleapis.dev/python/vision/latest/gapic/v1/api.html#google.cloud.vision_v1.ImageAnnotatorClient.document_text_detection and the working ones were like this https://googleapis.dev/python/vision/1.0.0/gapic/v1/api.html#google.cloud.vision_v1.ImageAnnotatorClient.document_text_detection the change was from "latest" to "1.0.0"
