Use Machine Learning APIs on Google Cloud: Challenge Lab Reviews

All of the previous labs used curl / json to call the APIs - and the challenge is the first exposure to the python library, service accounts, etc. The permissions suggested for the service account are not sufficient, and there is a bug in detecting whether the BQ query ran if it fails at first.
