Composer creation crashed/failed after 1 hour! of attempting to create. Waste of time. This lab sucks. Need better milestone checks and need to get better timing on spinning up the Composer environment.

I tried twice but I cannot go further than the environment creation which failed with the following message : Got error "Resource not found (resource=us-central1-highcpu-5ed1abaa-composer-backend-sub-5ed1abaa-19a5-4aef-bb93-9212b806f2ec)." during CP_COMPOSER_AGENT_RUNNING [RPC Failed (Expected): Pull. Failure expected before subscription is created.].
