Environment does not start. Waited 40 minutes. Waste of time. Restarted whole Lab. then better. Still this lab is quite confusing

Second try: I disabled the api and reenable it. This seems necessary. Could you just leave the api off from the beginning, so folks do not skip the api step. The description look as if this is optional, if the api is already enabled.
