cannot get access to create environment with airflow

The lab did not function properly. Support said "As i have checked this there was an ongoing issue in the lab because of which you are facing this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you currently the lab is updating we request you to please perform this lab after some time till then all the issues will be resolved. For now you can end this lab and perform other labs." I tried two more times and faced the same issue. I am unable to complete this lab.
